  The staff constantly changed (by the time I removed my child from here there was a new person in his room nearly every week), there was no spare clothing for children who might have multiple accidents each day, as such, it was not uncommon for children to be seen wearing just a shirt and diapers at pick up time. I loved how many activities they did and there were a lot of rooms so my son was rarely too far ahead or too far behind the other kids. We finally left when another child had their shoes duct taped to their pants to keep their shoes on. It most certainly wasn't an abusive environment (the teachers that did stay on for long periods of time were excellent) and I feel that my son did receive a lot of love. With that said, I would only bring my son back here if the other options were to quit working or use an in-home daycare.

  My husband and I checked out three other daycare centers and by the time we arrived at Koalty Time I was convinced I'd be staying home. Once we walked in to Koalty Time that all changed. We instantly felt welcomed and that our daughter would be safe and taken we'll care of. They provide a webcam service which has been a huge help with coping when I'm away from her. Our daughter has flourished here and has come to LOVE all the teachers. I'm so happy we found Koalty Time!!

  As a mom and a teacher I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to share about our experience at Koality Time. Our oldest son will be going to kindergarten in the fall and as a former kindergarten teacher and now instructional coach, I couldn't be more impressed with the education my sons are receiving at Koality Time. My son will enter kindergarten already meeting or exceeding may of the Iowa Core Standards in both reading and math. He is reading at a first grade reading level and is completing more mental math than I could have ever imagined. They encourage kids to explore in a structured and well supervised setting. I am so pleased that most of the staff members that were at the school when we first began four years ago are still there. My boys love to go to school every day. On the weekends they talk about their teachers. My heart is full knowing that while I am at work my kids are in the best possible place to be. I thank Jan and her staff for caring for my kids as their own while my husband and I work every day. This is not a daycare, but rather a loving and nurturing school. We are so thankful to the staff for making our boys' first school experiences so positive.
