This builder's construction showed an attention to detail and excellent worksmanship The layout flows wonderfully, and the design and color scheme are relaxing and peaceful. I have been in the home for a month now. The orientation was the most detailed I have ever seen with an easy-to-consult troubleshooting guide. There is not only a year warranty on the home, but also an extended warranty purchased on my behalf. I don't know what the previous reviewer was referring to but his experience is nothIng like mine.
