  Do Not do business with liberty bank that's my opinion. I have a roommate that made an account their and some how put me under as joint custody and I never saw any papers come my way with my authorization also he recieved my school grants and funds again without me approving it and this includes all liberty banks in the des moinea metro area. I also wanted to cah a check that I have recieved from a job and they said to leave it over night so that they can "confirm" that the funds are available in that account and of course I went the next day to see if the check was ok and if the funds were available and it was approved 3 days later I recieve a call that I owe them the $2,830.00 back and wow I have been upset ever since then I mean camon I even asked another banker if they were trained to be able to detect a fraud check and they said yes that they are well trained. Back to what I said about being under joint holder with my roommate and when I found out it I told them to remove me from that account and they said ok but their is a $4.00 fee and I was like ok fine I'll pay it and they were suppose to remove me from that account but every time I went or recieved a letter I started to see that liberty bank was a quack I have told them more then 3 times to remove me from that account. I don't think they get the message. So think twice!! I don think they respect the word liberty and like I said that's my opinion
